Took my white Honda Accord (05) to this shop because it has some damages to the left side rear bumper area. I had previous taken my car to Holmes Body Shop and Douglas Auto Body in the past but decided to take it here because it was convenient to drop it off because it was close to my house.\r \r They had my car for 8 day, thats not to bad, body shops do take their time.\r \r Here are my problems with their work\r \r 1. repaired rear bumper instead of replacing it. It looks wavy on one side.\r 2. didn't paint the entire bumper so one side color doesn't match.\r 3. tested paint matching on my passenger side door , so I have blotches of paint on my door. Couldn't they have tested on a less conspicuous spot. \r 4. didn't align the left rear panel with the door jam, doesn't look too bad.\r 5. said they would fix these problems but when it was convenient for them and trying to avoid giving me a rental, they were nice about it saying they want to make me happy.\r 6. Last but not least charged 3,500 to my ins. Compare to 2200 for Holmes and 1800 for Douglas who by the way makes your car look like it was never in an accident.\r \r These guys need to pay attention to detail. I will never bring my car to them again. Pros: Nice people Cons: Poor workmanship
