My husband and I tried this place the very first week it opened since it's so close to our home. We didn't fault them then for not yet having their act together, and the food was so good and the value fair that we decided to go there in May to celebrate a family event. The service was even worse. Although we had made a reservation well in advance, we still had to wait OVER AN HOUR for our table with no apologies - in fact the manager seemed amused. After being crammed at a table way too small for the 5 of us, we waited an hour for our appetizers, and another 45 minutes for our entrees. Through this, our server was nowhere to be found. When we made a polite joke about all the waiting, again the manager treated us with arrogance. We have not been back since.
