I hired Al to prepare my father's home for sale. He painted the 1700 sq ft condo and installed large tiles in both bathrooms, replaced doors, changed locks and did some plumbing repairs to the shower valves and toilets and then carpeted the entire home wall to wall. The house turned out great and we had 7 offers in the first 2 days it was on the market. We had so many compliments that I felt really good about hiring the right company for the job. No surprises!
