I have moved in the city 5 times before, and I can say without reservation that this has been the best moving experience to date. \r
Have used Oz, Moishe, Flatrate and others, and noone cared more about me, my stuff and my experience than they did. They seriously got nothing wrong, not one thing. They packed and moved for me, over the course of two days. Poor things: they even waited for me for three hours (because our closing took 4.5 hrs and we moved the same day) and were super gracious when I was finally able to meet them.\r
In addition, they were the only ones who sent enough men to do the job (usually there were only 3 sent by other companies - Serenity sent five!)\r
There is seriously no reason to search any further. From the initial quote provided by Noel, to the team leader Nelly who was superb, to Molly who did the scheduling, it was a flawless process from beginning to end ... and we're picky!
