Small, elegant, but not stuffy (you can wear jeans or dress up). Great food - largish portions so great value, even though fairly expensive. Very knowledgable and friendly staff, great wine list (1/2 the bottles under $30, but NICE selection). Order the scallops with black risotto if they're still on the menu (changes frequently). Ribeye with red currant sauce absolutely to DIE for! We'll return many times! Hint: park in ramp on University
