Well, I went to Extrados to see Tiffany, but when I got there I was put with Jennifer. I new the second I looked at her tattoos hanging out everywhere, I was in trouble. I should have walked out, but because I had thought Extrados had a good reputation for eyebrows I stayed. First of all, Jennifer smelled like an ash tray which is disgusting to have in your face even for 15 minutes. Then she completely butchered my eyebrows, and had enough nerve to tell me I needed to grow back a few areas that she plucked out!! This girl has no business waxing anyone, it was by far the WORST BROW WAX EVER!! I'm so disappointed in Extrados, they have really dropped the ball on training their Brow Artists.
