I've never met the owner of the salon, Leah, so I've never experienced any of the ""bad aura"" that some other people have mentioned. I go on weekends and evenings, so maybe that is how it can be avoided, and it's totally worth it. I take eyebrows pretty seriously (they frame your face!), but I was having a hard time finding someone who just does eyebrows or at least focuses on that, and I have definitely found that with Brook at Extrados. She is meticulous, never overtweezes and has really given by brows a great shape. I recommend her to EVERYONE. The hours are also pretty flexible, so if you work, you can make an evening appointment, which is nice. Oh, and she's never sold me anything I didn't ask her specifically about because I wanted to buy it (they have good brow powder).
