Businiess name:  Oishii Japanese Rstrnt & Sushi

Review content:
After having spent quite a bit of time in Japan (Hokkaido) and only eating the very best sushi, I am very picky with my sushi here in the States. I have been to virtually every sushi restaruant in the Triangle area, and the one place that keeps me coming back time and time again is Oishii. In fact, aside from one place in NYC, it has become my favorite sushi restaurant in America. Not only is the staff prompt and friendly, the quality of the sushi is outstanding. From your basic nigiri and rolls to some of the most inventive specialty rolls I have eaten, everything is delicious. At odd moments of the day I may find myself craving their crunchy roll or spicy tuna tempura roll far too often to be normal. I even took my parents here, who were both scared of sushi previously (my mom had never tried it and my father only once), and during the course of our meal one of the comments from my mom was ""I could eat this all day long!"" Apparently a couple of the reviewers have had a bone to pick about the tendon, which I have never had here, but if you are looking for outstanding sushi at a value price you cannot find a better place in the Triangle than Oishii. Pros: Fantastic sushi, great quality fish, friendly staff and chefs Cons: Not close enough to my house on the other side of Durham
