Miguel Polo was a very courteous technician and gave me some very helpful pointers on touch up of areas and upholstery. He was also able to remove the remainder of a very stubborn stain. The product is very good and left my carpet smelling and feeling very soft. Since I am a big supporter of environmentally friendly products, organic was the key word for me. I definitely would recommend Carpet Dryclean's service and product.\r
