Review content:
My carpets looked good right after they were cleaned, but the stains came back the next day. I specifically asked them to come to remove dog urine stains but the technician said he probably only needed to spray on some spots and left me with the solution to spray a few days later. I did not appreciate having to spray especially since he said it can burn your skin. I will be calling them to come back but that is inconvenient for me. Hopefully they can get all of the spots and stains out the second time.
Pros: No drying time needed
Cons: Cleaning powder had a strong citrus smell
