All the positive reviews tell it all. I was able to call at 10 am and had a technician here at 2pm. It would of been sooner, but they were working around my schedule. I spoke with Earl on the phone and he was very pleasant. \r

Once the technician arrived (Miguel), I was treated with the up most respect. He was very professional and very thorough. He did a test spot to show me how the product worked and explained it in great detail. Miguel was very patient with me and answered all my questions. There is no doubt that he is good at his job. \r

The final product was great. The carpets are clean and are dry. I will never clean my own carpets again. Miguel will be here on an annual basis to clean my carpets. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that wants a high quality carpet cleaning.
