Ferdie and team arrived promptly. They explained how carpet dry clean works, we surveyed the areas, they measured, and confirmed the estimate prior to beginning(the estimate was almost exact to the one on the phone) \r
we have a chocolate lab who sheds. sheds alot. The fact that they vaccuum first, and that they did such a thorough job on the stairs (which i find tough to do) really made a BIG difference. \r

They were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again. I have used other companies, and was not impressed, but i will be a regular with Carpet dryclean for sure
