As a very reluctant customer , we decided to try a dryclean method. We have 3 boys, and a 1year old dog, so you can imagine what kind of tracks are on our carpets throughout our home. We really did not think this method would remove dirt completely from the dog and kids, urine stains (that were previously removed from Stanley Steemer but still left a ring), and even some of the natural oil residue left by our puppy's furcoat. All of these were completely removed!! So yes, we are believers and Terryis awesome! Thanks for getting a reluctant person to try it one time!
Pros: Excellent removal of stains/dirt spots; VERY knowledgeable
