Just as advertised. Most spots came completely out...only the very worst ones remained, and those came out with additional treatment. The staff was very friendly, and they were done in just over 1hr. The cleaner leaves a bit of a strong smell for the first few hours after treatment, so even though the carpets are left dry, you may want to find some errands to run once the cleaning is finished to let the home air out a bit. For set-in stains, there's no guarantee that they will be completely taken care of. That said, the overall appearance of the carpets is great!
Pros: Friendly staff, on time, great work.
Cons: Strong smell left by cleaner for a few hours, some spot stains remain.
