My wife and I recently used Carpet Dry Clean. We had them clean about 500 SQ Ft and it took about 2 hrs. The carpets looked amazing. They did mention before they started that one of the stains ( dust from computer) would not completely come out. They were correct but it was a lot lighter and very hard to notice after they finished. This is the only professional service we have used, but were highly impressed. The only down side is that they try and sell you their cleaner at the end of the service. Other than that it was a good experience.
Pros: Clean carpet that can be walked right as they finish.
Cons: Try and sell you their cleaner; Dust stain would not come out
