Terry showed up at our Knighdale home,at the time we agreed upon, calling to update his status. He took the time to explain the product and made a few demo spot cleanings to get our approval. I wish we had this drycleaning done from day one instead of the "" steam-cleaners"" we always used! No more wet carpets after the job is done!
