I called Carpet Dryclean because I have 2 large dogs and my beige carpet was turning brown. I spoke with Earl to determine an appointment time. I was very\r
surprised to receive next day service. Vance was my carpet technician. He called prior to time of arrival to confirm the appointment. He demonstrated the carpet cleaning procedure and answered all my questions. During the cleaning process I watched Vance remove the dog hair and dirt. The amount of dog hair coming out of the carpet was crazy. Vance is very professional, detailed, and efficient. He also provided floor care maintenance advice. I would definitely recommend Carpet Dryclean. \r
