Review content:
I called Terry at Carpet Dryclean (since they did such an incredible job cleaning the carpets before we put our house on the market) to see if he could help with a stain we found under a router in our office. I, mistakenly, tried to remove it myself with aerosol can type grocery store products. Terry came out and did his best to remove this really bad purple and blue stain (from white carpet). The charge was $129, which I was glad to pay in lieu or replacing the whole room's carpet. It looked like it might take but then the stain seeped back. Terry called a carpet repair expert and PAID him himself to come out and cut a new piece of carpet to replace the stained piece. There's no way you can tell that there was ever a problem or that the piece was patched. \r Terry is a honest businessman and did what he promised. \r Carpet Dryclean is a GREAT company with great service. Pros: Above and beyond the call of duty
