I was shocked that Mr. Polo could actually get all the stains out of the carpet. He made it look like new. It raised the pile up on high traffic areas.It is obvious that Mr. Polo is passionate about his work and he loves the product – now I love it too. And don’t burn any candles- the scent of the fresh carpet is so nice you would not want to ruin it with candles- and that says a lot! Mr. Polo has excellent customer service skills and I was comfortable in minutes of his arrival. His professional attitude and attention to detail says it all- I hope that all Carpet Dryclean employees are as nice as Mr. Miguel Polo!
Pros: WOW- AWSOME & CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT!
Cons: ummmmm- can't think of any!
