From beginning to end they were very professional. Made appointment 1 week in advance. They called an hour before to confirm there more exact time frame, which was within the original time estimate. 2 workers arrived, demonstrated the process, provided a quote. Work was completed on 2 large rooms, hallway and stairs in about an hour. They paid special attention to one room with a cat urine problem. No one can work miracles, so time will tell whether it had any real effect. Would definitely use them again and refer to others.
