Review content:
They were very punctual - gave a call before arriving and arrived when they said they would. Victor, the lead contractor (there were 3 people total) was very nice. They gave me a quick demo of what they could do on one of our worst spots. After making sure I was satisfied, they measured out the rooms' sq. footage and came up with an exact price. After I gave them the ok they went to work. After about 2 hours they let me know that they were done. I took a look around b/c they wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Everything looked good. There was one spot that gave them some trouble, but I don't blame them - we can't get it out either. It is mostly gone though. They gave me free of charge a small box of solution to use on it if it comes back. Overall I was very impressed with all 3 fellows. Punctual, professional, friendly, fast, and efficient. Can't beat that.
