Polo called to say he was on his way and arrived 30 minutes earlier than our slotted time - which was great! \r

He explained the ""Carpet DryClean"" process thoroughly and gave us a great before-and-after/side-by-side example... and I did not hesitate to have him finish the rest of our carpet after seeing the results.\r

He checked in with me often to make sure we were satisfied with how things were going. When he finished his work - we were more than satisfied!! Our carpets look better than they ever have after any other cleaning service in the 8 years we've lived here - and these carpets have been through ALOT!! \r

I was kind of surprised when he asked if I might send in a Review as, I just assumed - as good as he is at his job and as professional as he was - he was the owner of the business!! \r

By the way, Polo... my husband was indeed VERY impressed when he got home and saw how clean the carpets are. Great job, Polo! We'll definitely be calling on you again!
