I was amazed. Three weeks ago, I spilled a half gallon of latex paint on my berber carpet (right in the middle of the room). I called Carpet Dry Clean and asked them if they've had luck removing paint from carpets. They said they could come by and do a sample cleaning of the stain just to see (committment- and payment-free). They did, and the stain came pretty much completely out, defnitely will not be noticeable. (Note: it was also commented by Marco that my quick action to wipe up the spill as soon as it happened also helped the fact that it came up as good as it did). \r

I had him continue with the rest of my condo. He also got out a dirty high-traffic area in front of my sofa. It looks great and i'm very, very pleased with the work! I definitely recommend this method and this company. It was ready to go and move stuff back into place and my cat would be safe without worries of toxicity. \r

Also, when I initially called inquiring about their work, the guy on the phone was very pleasant, polite, and took his time and answered all my questions. All around, a very awesome customer service and work experience.
