I am beyond grateful for the services delivered by Carpet Dryclean, Inc. The owner (Earl Laughinghouse) bent over backwards to accomodate my shifting priorities and was infinitely patient with my expressed concerns relating to the DryClean process. I was brainwashed into thinking that steam cleaning was the only way to go. I could not wrap my mind around the process of using 'micro sponges' to clean carpet. I am now a total believer. This is the most effective carpet cleaning process that I have ever witnessed. It far exceeded my expectations. I am telling anyone who will listen about the 'magic sponges...' used by Carpet DryClean. The results were phenomenal. And the technician (Vance)assigned to my case was everything you could ask for and more in Customer Service, Expertise, Enthusiasm, and Work Ethic. He delivered the results that I needed, relieving significant stress relating to an office relocation. I could not be more grateful. Believe EVERY positive review that you read. They have a customer for life in me.
