Terry did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He called ahead of time, arrived early which was great, and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. Terry explained completely the dry cleaning process and was not only friendly toward me, but he also engaged my children. I had high hopes and was definitely not disappointed. My carpets look and smell great! I will definitely use their business again.
