Carpet cleaned wonderfully by professional and knowledgeable tech\r

I initially had scheduled an appointment with another carpet cleaning company. They did not have their act together and the tech was rude to me. Therefore, I ended up back on the internet to find another carpet cleaning company that uses organic products, did not mind answering my questions, and were professional.\r

I spoke to Earl and he explained to me about his company and how long they have been in business. I asked if he could schedule something for 6/14. He told me yes and asked what time worked for me. I asked Earl if he could have the technician called me when they were on their way to my house. I asked if they could do this about 20 minutes before hand. Because it would take me at least 20 minutes to get from work to my house. \r

I never got the call to let me know the tech was on the way to my house. I was sitting at my desk working and an email popped up and stated the tech is at my home and has been trying to call me for 45 minutes. I never got a call. So I called Earl and told him I never received a call. The only I received was from him. I had stopped away to use the restroom. So I asked Earl if he could call the tech to let him know I was on my way to my house. He said he would do that. \r

The tech was waiting for me when at arrived at my house. He got out of his van and walked over to me. He was very apologetic and explained he dialed the wrong number. Vance was very professional, outgoing, knowledgeable, and friendly. I showed Vance the area in my home he would be working on. Vance explained to me what he was going to do. Then he went to go get his equipment and he went to work. Vance let me touch the product he was using on my carpet and mattress. I was amazed at this product. He did not mind that I had questions and he addressed each one. Vance was very thorough and definitely takes pride in his work. Vance gives top notch service. Vance gives two thumbs up from me. \r

A friend stopped ny my home and asked about the organic carpet cleaning. So he said let him know how it goes. So Vance gave me a brochure to give to my friend. I would absolutely without a doubt refer Carpet Dryclean to any of my friends or associates. I would especially tell them any of my friends or associates to ask for Vance. \r

I know my review is long. This is to show that my failed first carpet cleaning service did not work out. But it brought me to what I believe is a better carpet cleaning company with more professional and friendly tech that I recommend to anyone hands down. \r
