Excellent experience. Terry from Carpet Dryclean provided the service exactly as described. Called prior to the appointment, and even was available early, which I appreciated. He explained the detergent and equipment, and how they work. He also explained what to expect for a few trouble spots on my carpet (office chair wheel stains, mostly). He quickly provided an estimate and stuck to it. No add-ons or hidden fees. He moved furniture himself as needed, this is included in the pricing. The carpet is very clean, there's no odor, and no water involved. Highly recommend. I plan on using this company again.
