Review content:
I had our white carpet cleaned on 6-18-2009. The team that came out was Victor, Jose, and Jesse. Each did an excellent job in their respective roles. Victor was great at explaining everything. He did measurements and a cost estimate first, and asked for my approval before the team began working. He also discussed how to use the free refill of spot cleaner that they provide, and offered me several options for discounts. Jose worked on my steps and Jesse worked on our bonus room, which was the play room. I was totally surprised at how much better both looked! It far exceeded my expectations! I even filled out 10 referral cards for my friends. I would definitely use them again!
Pros: Punctual, professional, spent extra time on tough spots
Cons: None!
