They arrived early (the offered to come even earlier but I wasn't able to make it home in time, so we came up with another mutually agreeable time), and finished everything in under an hour. Got a lot of small stains out (we had three cats, UGH!), and honestly pointed out what large (and very old) stains were permanent, though they still worked on them, which did help their appearance. They were very courteous and personable, and I would recommend both this company and Ferdi and Jose, the two gentlemen who actually did the cleaning.
