Review content:
I have been twice in the past month--bad experiences both times. First time: I was there 45min and never offered help. Thinking they were busy, I gave them another try. Second time: there was only myself and one other bride being helped. Again, I was not approached but had to ask someone to find the dresses I was interested in. After some time, I was brought a dress that was extremely wrinkled. After trying it on I noticed the train had been cut off!! I asked about this and was told, ""a girl tried it on and didn't like the train, so we cut it off"". They cut the train off a sample dress! What were they thinking? Afterwards, I was left in the dressing room while the girl ""helping"" me talked on the phone for 30 min. I finally put the dresses back myself and left.
