Businiess name:  Barca

Review content:
Many candles give out a relaxing dim light in this bar, making Barca a decent option for drinking with a date on Capital Hill. The environment carried mellow electronic music in the background with a crowd mainly filled with ages of mid to late 20s. The drinks seem to touch the pricey side. The location had small flocks of people, but was not crowded. The best seats are the couches that line the north wall, but there are very few of them. Barca is a decent spot to go chill with a few buddies or a date, but there are much better places nearby to check out the cuties. Pros: Dim lighting, Electronic music, Lounging Couches Cons: Small location, Few couches
