i moved there in feb with my 2 and 4 year old. as well as advised them i had social anxinty disorder and RA(which i was told to get a notised letter saying i would live there for a year despite my disabuiltys) before signing my leasese i asked if they had bedb ugs due to the news covering so many storys on it. i was told by the redinces manger that they never had them in there history and the only b ugs they had were ro aches. but i found out 3 days later after watching my 2 very small toddlers being vertaily ate alive . when i told the manger (lets call her ms. c ) that her and her compney need to move me and relace all my lost items i was told i must have brought them .. come to find out there are reports of bedb ugs dateing back to 2003 not only that i was aproced by a maintenance staffer who told me she had been working there for 9 years and every year there has been bed b ugs. i showed them evidences showing i had not and was offered by the owner $200 rent credit. when i refused it telling them my things cost way more. they happly added it anyways to my rent. when i tryed to pay my bill i was told by ms.c not to waste my time that she will refuse to take my rent untill the credit was used up. this place is swarming with local g ang members who live here as well and domnate the only working play ground as the frist time me and my children when there we were barked at by these members as well as told ""ulgy white b***h , go back to the mountes, true thugs only, "" and so much more . when reporting this to ms c i was told by ms. c ""well they dont live here so they are not my prob."" then after falling down the steps from my 3ed floor unit (dueing the last snow storm) and seeing no sailt put down , i called asking them to put sait down so the 4 buss loads of children would not be handed my same fate. 2 hours later i find a 4/5 inch pile of salt in my door way. i have witnessed the buying of ""dayworkers"" by mangment for simple tasks the selling of prosatues hung comptly n ude out of there unit windows i have had my unit broken in to by staff members which i had to call the cops to remove ms. c from my unit later that same day me and my 2 children were rushed by ambulance to the er and treated for toxic inhulation (they were extemnating the bed b ugs ) and ms. c told us it was safe to go back. when i called code informents on the coditions of the place i was aproced by ms .c and told"" if you dont keep your f****ing wait trash mouth shut about how i do my job then im going to send my son up to you"" which i replayed and i will call the police. but then on aprial 1 2009 i was given an evtion notice there resions were \r
1. i puropsaly broke the steep i fell down and asked them to sailt. \r
2. intemnating redinces and a minor child to coplaine about conditions there (which is impossibul due to my medical conditions)\r
i requested a meeting to discuse the evition thinking only ""ms.e"" ( the owner rep/ person who hiers all empoleys for the co. who ownes the proptey) and when i asked for the dates when they happened or where they happened or to see the reports i was told by there compeny lawyer ""look we all dought with your ""disorder"" you will beabel to show up for court so why dont u take $200.00and we part our ways"" btw they puropsly places ms . c who i am scared of right next to me and had it set up so i had to have my back to her and was i was crying allmost the whole time and rember i am disabeled) and was offered another $200.00 to move and sign my rights to s ue them over\r

i mean come on the evdices is clear why would you offer any money to a person who is so troublsome and sopiley disrupitve? becuse i can clearly see them for what they are! and called them out on it as well as reported them to vhda,code informent ,helth dep. even talked to the aids of gov. tim kane. save your self and do the work to look in on any place you rent from this was my frist apartment and was gov. funded i will never trust ppl again!
