Review content:
I first visited Scissors in early Jan. after reading the glowing reviews, and I was not dissappointed. I went in with hair that was completely fried from a perm gone bad, and told Simone to just cut it ALL off. She, instead suggested I do it in a couple of stages so as not to look too bald, and I'm glad I took her suggestion. I've since had 2 more fabulous cuts, and color, which was also fabulous, and my out-of-state daughters were so impressed, that they travel to Richmond to have Simone do their hair too. She & Tim are the BEST!! Hands down.
