we are regulars in the Holladay store. the food is consistant and very good. however, the service is hit or miss. some days the wait staff is VERY attentive and others you are lucky to see anyone. the main reason to be there is the good food, but it would be nice not to always have to find someone to ask for drink refills, more rice, etc.
