Review content:
I changed from BFI last year because they had gone up on their service to over $60.00 a quarter. So I called Red Oak to get a quote. They beat BFI's price and so I changed my service to them. Immediately, the next quarter, they went up $6.00 and then the next quarter another $6.00. So now my service is back up to $60.00 a quarter. When I called they told me that Gwinnett County makes them charge $17.00 per customer and they don't have any control over that. I talked with gwinnett county and they told me to read the info on the internet. I found that Red Oak had lied. Gwinnett Co makes them charge a franchise fee of $2.40. That's all. I am in the process of trying to find better service.
