6/2/2010 One word for Biggers Mazda in Elgin. SHYSTERS! I bought my daughter a 2005 Mazda3 from this dealership last year. They put up a fake Carfax report for the vehicle when it was for sale. Once we bought it, the REAL Carfax report went up!! It showed the car had been involved in an accident. When we asked them about it they were very evasive and pretended not to know what happened. They lied to our faces. My daughter tried to get an emissions test on the same car today only to find that the OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) system was not intact!! The guy at emissions told her to take it back to the dealership and have them put it in and NOT to pay for it. She went to Biggers and they made all kinds of excuses as to why it couldn't be their fault. they blamed the emissions tester and told her they would replace it for $2500. These guys are scam artists and I will be exposing them to the BBB. Do your homework when buying a car and don't screw yourself by buying from Biggers Mazda in Elgin. They will rip you off just like they ripped me off. It's a real shame to do people this way.
