MY HUSBAND AND I SAW AN AD IN THE TRIBUNE NEWS PAPER FOR A NEW 2009 CADILLAC. HE WENT TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE CAR BUT WS TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT AT THE LOT. THE NEXT TIME HE WENT HE WAS TOLD BY THE SALES THAT ""I CAN NOT FIND THE CAR"". MY HUSBAND LOOKED IN THE LOT AND FOUND THE CAR. THE CAR WAS A DEMO AND BEING USED. IT HAD 4000 MILES. MY HUSBAND TOOK THE CAR FOR A TEST DRIVE AND THEN I CALLED ME OVER TO LOOK AT THE CAR ALSO. WE TOLD THE SALES MAN WE WOULD LIKE TO BUT THE CAR. HE WROTE EVERYTHING UP THEN WENT TO HIS MANAGER. AT THIS POINT HE CAME BACK AND SAID THAT WE COULD NOT BUY THE CAR BECAUSE THEY WERE WAITING ON A CREDIT CHECK MADE BY ANOTHER PERSON DONE THAT MORNING. HE COULD NOT LOOK AT US STRAIGHT IN THE FACE. IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THE CAR WAS NOT MENT TO BE SOLD BUT JUST BRING CUSTOMERS IN AND SELL THEM ANOTHER CAR FOR MORE MONEY. HE HAD A COMPUTER IN FRONT OF HIM AND SAID THAT A CREDIT CHECK TAKES TIME, HE DID NOT KNOW THE CAR WAS ""SOLD"" AND OF COURSE HE ANOTHER HOGHER PRICE CAR IN MIND. THE MANAGER WAS RUDE. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THIS DEALER IS STILL IN BUSINESS WITH SUCH DIS-HONEST PRACTICES. \r
