In June 2008 my wife and I bought a new Amana refrigerator. They told me the next morning when I came to pick it up that the bottom shelf was broken and that they were going to replace it for me. It is now Dec 2008 and it has yet to be fixed. Every time we call or stop they have a different excuse for not having it. The last time we stopped, we talked to the owner himself and he more or less told us that they weren't concerned about the matter implying he could care less. I don't intend to ever buy anything from them again as it seems all they are concerned about is the sale and nothing else. Am planning to make my monthly call tomorrow and see if we can get a chirstmas present from them---namely our shelf!!!!!!!!!
Pros: Had the refrigerator we were looking for.
Cons: Very poor service after the sale.
