Review content:
First off, I love family owned places and I was excited to try Schiano's out. It started off bad with a dirty booth and way too much sugar in the tea and dressing on the salad. Server never asked why I didn't finish either nor why I wanted water instead of the tea, for that matter the server never returned after dropping the plates. The chicken parm was delivered burned and again, she never asked how it was. I had it replaced with pasta and sauce by the front end manager. The replacement took way too long, my companion was finished before my plate even arrived. The server never replaced my silverware so I was left sitting without anyway to eat. Finally my companion found a pile of silverware rolled up and they were dirty.
Not a good first impression. Would I return? No, take your business some place that trains the waitstaff and kitchen help.
Pros: I didn't see any tonight
Cons: Too many to list.
