Review content:
Their veggie pho comes with tofu, mushrooms and a couple of types of onions. The chicken pho is the same without the tofu and mushrooms. The broths are either beef or veggie broth. Make sure you specify which type if you don't want the wrong one. Noodles, onions (green and white), cilantro and spices are the main broth mix. You can add various types of meat (chicken, eye-round steak, beef brisket, beef flank, tripe, tendon and the veggie combonation of mushroom and tofu). I personally order a small veggie extra chicken. Be careful at times - they sometimes don't cut the chicken very well and you can get small bones).
NOT a good place for children - the soups are usually TOO BIG and can't be finished by kids under 10. They should consider an EXTRA SMALL to appeal to people who bring children.
Pros: Inexpensive, Best Pho in Seattle, Big Portions
Cons: Service is Horrible, Dirty, Crowded
