5400 . Kedzie HUH NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!\r
This particular branch has the crapiest personal bankers that I have ever dealt with. The level of prejudice from the mexican customer service agent was out right ugly. This chick printed my documents then went to the back to help out her homie using the excuse that the printer near her was not working. She was slow and unprofessional. Mind you that once she returned and neared the completion of our transaction she turned around and grabbed those documents from the printer. I had to tell her that she must have forgotten that she told us that the printer wasn't working. But that was not the start of the prejudice treatment. It actually began while we were waiting for assistance and all agents became availabe (2) and they looked at one another to see who would have the dishonor of serving this PRODUCTIVE AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN. Believe me I will be notifying there customer service department immediately. This review only pertains to the 5400 S. Kedzie Branch in Chicago. IF THEY DON""T LIKE THOSE THAT WERE AMERICANS LONG BEFORE THEY HEADED THIS WAY THEY SHOULD SWIM BACK ACROSS THE BORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r
If ever in the neighborhood again I will definitely only visit the ATM.
