Review content:
Don't get me wrong. I have been a fan of Andina for a while now. The lamb is fantastic, and drinks are always tasty. However, my past 2 visits have been disappointing. Both times I've made reservations and had to wait over 15 minutes for my table. The first visit our party of 6 was stuffed into a 4 seater square table downstairs. After asking to be put at a table that would fit us, we waited another 20 minutes. The man who sat us was unapologetic and seemed quite put out at our request. I would think if a reservation for 6 was made a week in advance, it should have been planned out for. Not the best way to impress out of town visitors...but I was willing to overlook it. This past visit was a treat for my birthday. We were placed in the middle of the restaurant, didnt get any bread before our meal. Our plates also took over an hour to arrive. I also observed other tables asked if ""they were celebrating a special occasion"" and got dessert with a candle. After having 3 different servers throughout the night, I decided it was probably the worst birthday dinner I've had. I would expect a lot more, shame on you Andina. Pros: Good food Cons: Long waits, mediocre service
