My wife and I decided to stop here for drinks and a few apps. The ceviche's are great, but the biggest suprise was the heart. I am a fan of offal and I had never tried heart, so why not (and it was only $5). I have to say if I didn't know better I would have thought I was eating filet of beef. It was great; the texture was a little firmer than filet, but not tough at all. Even my wife, who was aprehensive at first, thoroughy enjoyed it. Great prices as well -- beers were about $3.50, cocktails around $6 (not the usual $8-$10 in the haughty Pearl) and the food was more than a bargain. Andina could easliy mark eveything up $1-$2 and no one would think twice. I'm not sure if Andina is authentic(I wouldn't know the difference anyway), but it's certainly a unique restaurant! Pros: unique menu, Pisco!!, great prices
