This has been one of my favorite places for years. The food is amazing and very inventive. You don't have to know anything about this type of wonderful cuisine before going. They will walk you through everything. I typically save Andina for birthdays or special occasions, so I don't go often, but when I do I am always impressed. The service has done nothing but get better of the years...
