Review content:
As a resident of Portland, I've grown accustom to the cold, aloof nature of most service industry workers. So I wasn't expecting the staff at Andina to roll out the red carpet upon my arrival. However, I was not expecting to be treated like a second rate citizen. The Hostess seemed put out because we didn't have a reservation, and after shoving us off onto another Hostess, we were advised to sit at the bar until a table opened up. We enjoyed a drink, and then were offered a table where, after about 20 min of waiting, we had to ask for a dinner menu. Perhaps they assumed we didn't want to eat... Thank God we ordered two Tapas, because the food took close to an hour to make it to our table. We were not offered refills on our drinks at all. We declined a second bowl of bread, but received one anyways... all in all, the service left me feeling like I had done something wrong and was being punished. I've never left a review for a restaurant before, but considering the declining economy, I feel it is my duty to inform you that there are much better things to spend $50 on. \r
