i made an account just to write this review. We had an invite to a party there, I didn't have the directions so i googled it. upon googling it, i found it didn't have a good rating so i wanted to know why.
After reading all the neg feedback i thought the party would turn out bad. but after going there and experiencing what i did last night, i have to say we had a blast. the service was great, had a great hostess (forgot to get her name, but she's filipino w/3 kids). Our kids had fun, the only con is that the drink they serve is not cold but hey that's ok with me. yeah u can't bring outside food except for cold drinks & snacks, but there are a lot of places like this, chucky cheeses and another bouncy place in kent (don't know the name) like this.
Keep in mind that the last 45mins is not for playing but for the group to go into a room and eat. For me this isn't new, like i said i've been to a different bouncy house which did this also.
After seeing all the bad reviewsi thought i would give this place 4 stars.
This place was fun and the kids had fun. Feel bad for those who didn't.
