Review content:
Since my doctor’s fee was about $75 more than Dr. Guzman’s, I decided to go with her as I figured this was a pretty standard procedure and did not require any extra expertise. So, I went in last week to get my teeth whitened with the Zoom! Whitening at her office and I have been frustrated ever since. I went through (3) 15-minute sessions (which is what the treatment calls for) and got, nada. The girl who did the bleaching did not show me the shade of my teeth until the entire process was over and when she did she showed me a color-swatch of a tooth that was yellowy and brown (mind you, I brush my teeth at least twice a day, don't smoke, and drink coffee/soda maybe twice a month). There is NO WAY my teeth could possibly be that color. I HAVE looked in a mirror a few times in my life and managed to take a look at my teeth. I was flabbergasted by her ability to blatantly lie to my face about my OWN TEETH! I promptly went to my regular dentist after this visit so we could shade match my ""Newly Whitened Teeth"" and there was NO difference! Zilch. I called Dr. Guzman’s office to tell them about this and they said I'd have to call the following Monday as the woman who owns the office was on vacation. I called and the manager said the dentist had looked at my before picture and determined that there was a difference. I asked to speak to the owner on the phone but she was too busy. Regardless, HOW could she know there was a difference if she didn't have an AFTER picture to refer to?! She has seen one picture (the before) and couldn’t possibly know the after because she wasn’t in the office nor did they take an after picture. So basically, they tried to pull the wool over my eyes and apparently think that I don't own a mirror. They refuse to remedy the situation. Goodbye $300. I'd have been better off driving down Belmont and throwing my money out the window. At least someone who really needed it could have gotten it. It seems as if this office has no issue whatsoever being deceitful with their patients.
