Review content:
They surveyed my property, sent me the maps and was supposed to come back when road construction was complete to put in the iron pins. I have now called them 30+ times over 3 months and visited the office once. I was told twice that they will be at my house by ""next Friday"" and nobody ever showed up or called.
I'm now in the process of filing a formal complaint with the state licensing board and suing for fraud. I paid for the survey + pin installation, have a receipt that says this was the work performed, including the installation of iron pins, however the work was not performed. Having a map of my property does me no good in figuring out where my property lines are.
My recommendation is to find any other surveyor but these guys.
