THIS IT THE BEST PLACE TO GET ""HOME COOKED"" EALS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COOK OR JUST WANT SOMEONE ELSE TO GIVE YOU A BREAK & COOK FOR YOU! I'm disabled & have ordered from EVERYWHERE in town that has carry out or delivery. My home nurse goes to pick it up. One day she was out & I called to see if they delivered.They said no but did anyway! They knew of my situation & the OWNER DELIVERED IT HIMSELF DESPITE THEIR USUAL POLICY! This is my favorite place to order from for homestyle southern cooking even if it was convenient to go to Chattanooga! I generally get fried chicken & unlike most place who cut their breasts small w/o rib meat, they have HUGE FRIED CHICKEN BREASTS ...THE BEST I'VE HAD- REAL JUUICY BUT NOT GREASY AT ALL & ANY SIDES I'VE ORDERED HAVE ALSO BEEN GREAT & STILL HOT WHEN I GET IT. I CALL MY ORDER IN & THEY COOK IT FRESH. THEY DON'T COOK A LOT AT ONCE & KEEP IT UNDER A WARMER ALL DAY WHICH, DRIES IT OUT, LIKE ALMOST EVERY OTHER PLACE DOES.It's cheaper to order a dinner which comes w/a meat, 2 sides & either 2 delicious rolls or cornbread. I generally get an extra chicken breast & a dessert which I usually make 2 meals from-there's plenty to do so. When you order everything seperately, the cups are restrictive (they can only fit so much in them so the lids will fit). With the meal-coms in divided styrofoam containers & they really pile it FULL. PLUS IT'IS CHEAPER TO ORDER THAT WAY!). \r

THEY ALSO HAVE STUFF TO CHOOSE FROM FOR DIABETICS OR PEOPLE NOT WANTING A LOT OF CARBS/SUGAR -- THEY HAVE GREAT SUGAR FREE DESSERTS! (NOT EVRY DAY I'VE ORDERED, BUT MOST -- I THINK THEY MUST RUN OUT FAST & MUST BE IN HIGH DEMAND. \r

W/GREAT FOOD (ALTHOUGH NOT AS CHEAP AS FAST FOOD CHAIN STORES, IT'S A WORLD APART IN THE QUALITY & QUANTITY & BETTER THAN IF YOU COOKED IT AT HOME ... OR ARE UNABLE TO COOK, LIKE ME.) WITH ALL THAT & THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICE I HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT TO ANYONE WANTING A GOOD ""HOME COOKED"" MEAL W/OUT THE HASSLE OF COOKING. I ALSO LOVE THAT THEY HAVE GREAT, HUGE SKICES OF WATERMELON WHEN IN SEASON & WHATEVER FRESH FRUITS IN SEASON TOO.\r

P.S. I SAW THE 2 BAD REVIEWS & IT SEEMS THEY WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PRICE & AMOUNT. THEY SAID THEY ORDERED THE ITEMS SEPERATELY, WHICH AS I EXPLAINED EARLIER, IS NOT THE BEST WAY TO DO IT. I THINK THEY SHOULD GIVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE & ORDER IT AS A MEAL - PLUS YOU CAN ASK THEM TO COOK WHATEVER THE MEAT IS THEN IF THEY HAPPEN TO HAVE SOMETHING ALREADY COOKED THAT YOU'RE UNAPPY WITH (RARELY HAPPENS) & IF YOU'RE EATING IN OR EVEN GETTING IT TO GO, YOU CAN CALL YOUR ORDER IN IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. IT JUST TAKES THEM ABOUT 5 MINUTES TO COOK IT RIGHT THEN ANYWAY SO DON'T CALL IT IN TOO SOON OR TELL THEM WHEN YOU WILL BE THERE.\r

YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU ATE THERE, NO MATTER WHAT YOU TRY. OVER THE YEARS, I'VE TRIED MANY ITEMS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISSATISFIED!
Pros: BEST FRIED CHICKEN AROUND & ALL THE SOUTHERN FIXIN'S TOO
Cons: HIGHER THAN CHAIN STORES BUT CHEAPER THAN MOST DINE-INS
