Review content:
I love that I found a Pilates studio located in Concord, MA. Located in the small brick building at the Damonmill building on Rte. 62 in West Concord, Debra and her staff are so good at really working with you and your needs. \r The concentration is on ""body/mind"" Pilates which helps you learn how to incorporate these exercises into your life. The studio is fully outfitted with Reformers, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, etc. The setting of brick walls, soothing paint colors and a fun and eclectic range of music to accompany your sessions is wonderful! \r It is definitely NOT a franchise, which I love!\r Private sessions are offered as well as classes - mat classes or duets and/or trios on the Reformers. \r They have just recently introduced Gyrotonic classes and will be developing more of those in the future, especially given the strong interest!\r When class is over you can head into West Concord and have a wonderful smoothie at Debra's Natural Gourmet (not related!), or a nice warm soup and sandwich at the nearby Nashoba Brook Bakery.\r Definitely come check out Pilates at Damonmill East! Pros: personalized sessions; not a franchise!! Cons: haven't found one yet!
